Dr. Kemper received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic here in Florida after attending Bowling Green State University in Ohio where she achieved an Undergraduate Bachelors of Liberal Arts and Studies. She is Board Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Board Certified to practice both in Ohio and Florida. Dr. Kemper is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Physicians Association and the International Chiropractic Association.
